We practiced our nouns by making a noun town. The kids all had free reign on this except for the places.we discussed which place each child would do, so we wouldn’t end up with 20 subway restaurants. 🙂 They did a really good job and it turned out so cute!
One reason why I love to teach
I have one of the sweetest classes this year. Each Friday is “fancy Friday”. We read Fancy Nancy and my sweetFirsties learn new vocabulary words. This one was my favorite today!
Number Sense
The first couple weeks of school, we have been working on number sense. I am still trying to wrap my head around the new CCGPS. This was something easy, that helped the students see the number in many ways.
