This year for our Easter/ Spring party, I decided that I wanted to incorporate books. I know my parents loved me for this ๐ Each student chose a book and created a snack to go with the book. If the students wanted to participate, they each got an extra credit grade. If they couldn’t participate by making something, they could still create a snack and write about it, but not bring it in, and still get the extra credit. My parents and students were SO creative. I was like a giddy little kid looking at all of the snacks. The kids loved it, and so did I. I have never been more excited about a party than this one. I have some pretty amazing parents this year, and they really helped make this party a success! Here are some of our snacks ๐
